Join Diversity in London and Comparethemarket.com discussing about D&I in Technology
Esther and Dewi will talk about what Diversity and Inclusivity means to them, how it has impacted their careers and how they apply it in their day to day work. They will also share the different organisations they have successfully supported and worked with in the D&I space and how they built those relationships and continue to maintain them and the value they bring to the organisation.

I launched my career in tech last year after completing a web development course with Code First Girls then completing the Makers Academy 3-month bootcamp. Since joining Comparethemarket, I have been keen to help drive and promote D&I where I can. As someone who took a somewhat adhoc path into tech, I especially like to help to advise and encourage those who want a career in tech but don't know where to start.

I have a passion for technology and for supporting people in their careers in tech, starting off as a Junior VB 5 developer, moving through Web Development and API development and moving more recently into senior leadership in Data Engineering. I’ve always been keen to embrace and promote diversity and inclusivity but Comparethemarket has really allowed me to level this up and given me the opportunity to work with lots of awesome organisations and individuals.
