As a professional services supplier we work to provide our clients with the highest levels of service attainable. We hold ourselves to the utmost standards of professional conduct and accept nothing less from our suppliers.

Our Approach & Due Diligence

Oliver Bernard acknowledge responsibility to the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and will ensure transparency within the organisation and with suppliers of goods and services.

Oliver Bernard ensures strict compliance checks are carried for all candidates it supplies. We verify the identity of each worker and their right to work before supply commences. As part of our commitment to identify and eradicate slavery and human trafficking, we have in place a process to undertake due diligence on our supply chain network to ensure compliance with legislative.

Supply Chain

Our supply chains include, but are not limited to, sourcing candidates for clients. We expect our suppliers and potential suppliers to aim for high ethical standards and to operate in an ethical, legally-compliant and professional manner. We also expect our suppliers to promote similar standards in their own supply.

Supply chain partners include, general office and IT suppliers and any service suppliers to support the running of our business must complete a self-declaration on their modern slavery approach and must agree for an independent audit by the Oliver Bernard Facilities Manager. Our business will not support or deal with any business knowingly involved in exploitation or human trafficking.

Training

Oliver Bernard ensure that all employees are fully educated on the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and are aware of what is expected of them to comply with all laws and regulations and act with integrity and honesty.
